SPEAKING WITH ROSIE

Students present their work about English speaking countries.

GRAMMAR AND WORK on the dialogues

We continue working with the MODALS and the new vocabulary and we also dedicate 30 minutes to prepare the dialogues for Wednesday lesson.

GRAMMAR

We go on checking the activities about the MODAL VERBS.
HOMEWORK: Complete the grammar exercise.
SPECIAL TASK: Finish the activity we were doing and make a video in groups using the modal verbs learnt in class.

We read some of the messages written using abbreviations and start working with the grammar: MODALS, watching a presentation about these verbs.

We do the listening and work all the activities about the reading.

INTRODUCTION UNIT 6

We introduce the new unit and work with the vocabulary.
HOMEWORK: Copy the listening about the initials.

WRITING and VOCABULARY

We finish the unit with a double session. We learn how to write a letter inviting a foreign friend for a weekend in Seville.

We also check the activities in the second VOCABULARY section.
